Winemaker's Comments: 2005 Peju Provence Other Red Wine
Provence is a proprietary blend of Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay and French Colombard. Pair with salads, salmon and also an ideal match for barbecue and very spicy foods. Best served slightly chilled.
Aromatic notes of strawberry and raspberry jam, along with fresh cranberry, rose petal and citrus. It displays flavors of ripe red fruit and fresh citrus. It's soft, rich, and round impression on the palate is followed by a refreshing, lengthy finish.

Blend of red and white, refreshing table wine. Strawberry is the dominant flavor with vanilla aromas.
Light and fruity, very accessible!
