Winemaker's Comments: 2004 Chateau St. Jean Sonoma County Pinot Noir
Youthful and engaging, this Pinot Noir is filled with bright notes of cranberry, cherries, lavender and hints of smoke. Jammy on the entry, the palate is coated with cola, leather, brown spices and cassis flavors that surround silky tannins and continue throughout a satisfyingly long finish.

Apricot finish, strawberry to the nose. Very jammy and full. Excellent, delicate and multi-layered.

Really taste the cherry on this one, but it’s not overwhelming. Slightly dull finish, but extremely smooth throughout.

Mmmm... Strawberry Jam. A nice light red sets your taste buds free before being slammed back to the reality of 50 hour work weeks and fat co-workers. The driving force for this figurative body slam is the toxic finish from chernoble.
