Winemaker's Comments: 2004 Chateau St. Jean Robert Young Vineyard Pinot Blanc
Classic Alexander Valley aromas of rich, ripe pear, melon and yellow apples fill the nose of this Pinot Blanc. On the palate, this wine begins with a rich entry loaded with flavors of nectarine, peaches, apples and hints of citrus that surround perfectly balanced acidity.

Excellent, light, refreshing, lemony and pear flavors with the definite citrus overlays.

Light airy wine leaves you feeling as if you are soaring over the Appalachians in an ultra light with a banana hammock and a lunch box. A great opening wine.
