Soft, mild, and oh so tasty.
As we became entrapped by the Seinfeld rerun on the screen in front of us, this soft and mild Cab Sav blended nicely with the meaty pasta on our plates. Tastes of cherry and an unmistakable oaky flavor are definitely present. The 2003 Estancia isn't going to change the world, but it's welcome at our coffee table anytime the pasta's hot and the TV's glowing.
