Winemaker's Comments: 2004 Seghesio Old Vine Zinfandel
Over the course of the last century, our family's foundation and growth in the wine busness can be attributed to one grape: Zinfandel. Our oldest vineyard was planted by our great grandfather, Edoardo, in 1895 near the family home. These low yielding, head-trained vines produce a very small amount of intensely concentrated fruit.

Everything a Zin Should Be
Plum and cherry flavors complemented with nice tannin levels. A very rich, very solid wine.
