Winemaker's Comments: 2004 Chateau Revelette Coteaux d\'Aix en Provence Other Red Wine
50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
Eastern spices, ripe fruits... Pairs well with leg of lamb, grilled pork chops, pork-cutlets.

Nothing to Write Home About
This wine was a little sour, but not too bad. The finish is a little dry, but not overly. I wouldn't get this wine to impress anyone, but if you like dry wines, it may be worth a shot. I can't say I'm a fan of it, but if you are feeling adventurous and are partial to the drier acidic wines it could be your lucky day.

Completely disappears on the tongue. Slight mineral taste up front and a definite metallic overtone. Does not stay to chat...

You can't stop the Copper Top, it keeps going and going and going... Very Acidic.

Tastes like sour patch kids or a nickel. It would have been 3 corks if it was from a box.
