The 2005 Mosby Rosato di Sangiovese is Bill's gorgeous rose made from estate-grown Sangiovese. Think of summer in a bottle....flowers, strawberries, white peaches and melon, with a clean, crisp, dry finish.
This wine is a full-bodied rose, perfect for spicy foods like Chipotle chicken, bar-b-qued ribs or garlicy shellfish. Try it with pancetta-wrapped grilled shrimp or grilled vegetables with a spicy dip for an appetizer course.
Serve well chilled and enjoy. The 2005 Mosby Rosato di Sangiovese. Delizioso!

This bottle is the perfect remedy for nearly any stress life throws your way. All you need to do is chill it, assemble some of your favorite, easy-to-prepare foods and enjoy! Everything from cold cut sandwiches to mac 'n cheese will pair nicely with this enjoyable Sangiovese. It's fruity, crisp, and utterly drinkable... and it might just make you a wine hero after all, because you're not going to find any other winery in the Central Coast willing to offer a Sangiovese rosé.
