This wine is made with the finest Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and was aged two years in a combination of American and French oak barrels.

Dried fruit flavors of cherry, plum and fig. Overall an excellent wine with a mild, accessible and fruity flavor. Having been trapped in its bottle for 5 years now, one can only wonder if this wine will reach the status of divine after a few more years on the shelf.

2001 Columbia Crest Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
A very firm woody, mossy wine…but not earthy. Hints of smoke, tea and if you linger long enough, fig.

2001 Columbia Crest Cabernet Sauvignon
Cherry and fig flavors stand out, but everything blends well in this layered and sharp wine with a quick finish.
