Flip Flopper
This was a tough wine to review. The first time I tasted it I was pleasantly surprised at how decent it was. Considering it was only $3.49 on sale, it seemed like a great deal, so I purchased a bottle. When I tried it at home... not so much. I don't know if it was because I had tried SEVERAL wines before the Crane Lake the first time so my taste buds may have been impaired, or if I was just being more picky or what. All I know is that as I drank this wine it seemed to be singing the Gin Blossoms in my ear, "If you don't expect too much from me, you might not be let down..."
It did seem to get better as it got a little warmer though, so that's a plus. If you're feeling like some wine without too much complexity and don't want to spend very much money, I'd give it a try.
